Electroplated diamond and CBN tools
Galvanized grinding tools are used wherever high removal rates and low grinding pressures are required. The abrasive grain is securely attached to the various tool holders using electrolytically deposited nickel. This type of binding combines good work performance with high cost-effectiveness. Used tools can be easily reused. Due to special facilities, we are able to coat larger tools (over 600mm diameter) with abrasive grain.
